The figures are typical values for standard grades and can be tailored to your process. Particle size distribution and chemistry are tested batch by batch, and a test report ships with every delivery.

The standard pack is a sealed steel drum or a woven bag with a plastic film liner, 50 kg net per drum or bag25 kg net per drum; flexible bulk bags of 500 kg or 1000 kg net are also available. We can also pack to any special arrangement a customer requires.

What we are looking for

• Full-time bachelor degree or above; graduates of China's leading (Project 985/211) universities preferred. Metallurgy, chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, automation and control or industrial engineering.
• Five years or more of front-line process engineering or production management experience in manufacturing; process engineering or production management experience with zinc, aluminum or other metal powders is an advantage.
• A strong learner, able to pick up new knowledge, techniques and methods quickly and keep raising their technical level; willing to try new methods, processes and equipment and to push process and equipment improvement forward.
• Grounded, rigorous, practical and hard-working, with the persistence to see a target through, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and coordination across departments so work moves smoothly; a team player who works closely with colleagues and shares knowledge and experience readily.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving: able to locate production problems quickly and propose solutions, to optimize process parameters through data collection and analysis, and to respond fast under pressure so production keeps running.
• Sound theory and practical ability in process standard design, on-site parameter control and optimization, and process documentation, so the shop floor gets real technical support; familiarity with smart manufacturing and lean production is an advantage.
• Comfortable with CAD, SolidWorks and similar tools for improvement schemes and construction drawings; comfortable with Excel, Minitab and similar tools for production data analysis.
• Genuinely interested in production management or production technology, keen to keep learning, clear about their goals, ambitious and eager to move up.

What we are looking for

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, any discipline; a college diploma is acceptable for candidates with outstanding all-round ability. New graduates and interns are welcome.
• Two years or more selling chemical raw and auxiliary materials. Experience selling spherical zinc dust or zinc flake, atomized metallurgical zinc powder or other metal powders, pigments, aluminum paste, additives, resins, titanium dioxide, carbon black, curing agents or similar products is an advantage.
• Well presented, outgoing, hard-working and quick to learn; able to think on your feet, emotionally intelligent, with excellent communication, social and negotiating skills.
• Resilient under pressure: able to take a customer's no, patient and goal-driven; comfortable traveling often. Clear about your career, ambitious, with lasting drive for sales, never content with the status quo and keen to earn well.
